“We are ecstatic to receive this recognition, and have the opportunity play an active role in the growth and development of our community,” said Gary Gorsline, CEO of Easy Business Software. “It is exciting to see that after 27 years, our products and services are still thriving and turning heads.”
When medical issues arose for a family member, the founders of Easy Business Software saw an opportunity to help doctors and medical facilities better communicate a patient’s history in order to deliver more effective and efficient care. Today, the company is a leading manufacturer of software that reliably and securely transfers medical data between hundreds of healthcare systems for over 22,000 caregivers nationwide.
Over the last year, Easy Business Software achieved a complete overhaul of their signature product, X-Link. The fully-updated version addresses changes in the electronic medical records industry as a result of the Affordable Care Act and allows clients to use X-Link as either an off-the-shelf product or fully-customized to suit their specific needs. To complete the extensive redesign, Easy Business hired three additional full-time and one part-time employee and invested in new workstations, servers, and software.
Easy Business Software supports numerous professional and local community organizations through contributions of time, sponsorships, and donations, and utilizes CareerSource and other community partners to secure employees and interns from the local workforce.
